San Salvatore Brut DOCG Collalto
We called our Brut "San Salvatore", like the hill on which the castle of the same name stands. In the highest part of the hill, well ventilated and where the terrain is rockier, there is the vineyard from which we harvest the grapes for our Brut.
This Prosecco represents the version most anchored to the territory of origin and the most natural interpretation of the characteristics of the Glera vine.
At sight it has a beautiful straw yellow color with light greenish reflections. The perlage is persistent, elegant and regular and explodes in a thick and lively foam. On the nose, its fragrance characteristics reveal notes of freshly ripe Golden apple and Williams pear, on a delicate and pleasant floral background. On the palate its freshness dominates, without ever overpowering.
