Splendid encounter between the typicality of the Vespaiolo grape and the minerality of the volcanic soil of Breganze.
White grape variety typical of the Breganze Doc, it expresses aromaticity and minerality taken to the extreme.
Very intense and intriguing bouquet with hints of ripe yellow fruit, white flowers and vanilla. Fresh, structured flavor with good persistence. Notes of ripe fruit tending to apricot with a subtle hint of vanilla.
Straw with hints of greenish hues, it reaches golden reflections with aging. On the nose melon, mandarin and grapefruit with hints of mint and some floral notes in the youth phase. Savory, fresh and mineral on the palate, of marked typicality.
Between the end of October and November the third harvest for the Lugana Riserva del Lupo, we thus obtain grapes with noble botrytis. We thus obtain grapes with noble botrytis from which we can extract all the minerality of our land that was once the bottom of the lake.
True jewel of the company, born from the concentration of the drying of the native Vespaiola grape.
Passerina grapes are grown in sandy but basically calcareous soils, offering a white with a fresh flavor and particular notes of golden apple, wisteria and lime. A white to combine with fish dishes, fresh cheeses and stretched curd cheeses.
