TASTE: The front half of the tongue opens to an astringent citrus sensation, while the second half of the palate is freed from any bitter sensation. Very smooth beer, with typical Belgian "watery".
APPEARANCE: White, compact and persistent foam; straw yellow colour, free from suspended solids, sometimes naturally veiled by yeast; fine carbonation.
BOUQUET: Citrus notes, warm yellow flowers (dandelion, chamomile), almond and peach in syrup.
