A straw-yellow blanche, slightly veiled and opalescent with a fine and moderate foam, which immediately expresses pleasant citrus notes on the nose and a delicate spiciness that rises as the beer acquires heat.
It then presents itself, on the palate, with a pleasant harmony of cereals and citrus fruits that interpenetrate, later merging into a delicate floral and spicy balance. This leads to a slightly herbaceous finish giving way to a subtle and tantalizing peppery note in the mouth.
