Super is an amber beer with a fine foam, light hazelnut color and good persistence. The nose has an immediate complexity which is made up of fruity and warm scents - such as plum or stewed apple - which are completed with notes of vanilla, toffee, almond and a slight hint of orange.
On the palate all the promises presented to the nose are kept and, indeed, expanded with the addition of nuances of biscuit, almond, dried fruit and a light spicy finish of licorice.
