Double distillation through 2 "pot still". The stills of the distillery only work for one month a year so the amount of whiskey produced is always very limited. Aging between 3 and 4 years in hogshead barrels.

Rum Bacoo 7 years - Dark amber color. Nose of vanilla, butter glaze, banana maple and molasses on the palate. Warm vanilla, banana cream, coffee with cream. Little heat and a slight bitterness on the finish.
