Blended Whiskey Akashi
Double distillation through 2 "pot still". The stills of the distillery only work for one month a year so the amount of whiskey produced is always very limited.
Aging between 3 and 4 years in hogshead barrels.
On the nose: light and delicate hints, including notes of cereals, honeyed aromas and nuances of yellow fruit.
On the palate: soft, intense and slightly spicy taste, with references to olfactory scents. Flavors of vanilla, almond, chamomile, Sherry and dark chocolate. Long persistent and spicy finish.
