Respect for the Earth and its rhythms. In the vineyards almost all the interventions, including the harvest, are done by hand. For us, making wine means respect for the territory, trying to make the most of its potential without ever distorting it. We want to create an innovative viticulture garrison on Etna that aims at quality and manages to translate the voice of the territory into wine, enhancing the differences that each single district gives to the grapes.
