Ardenza is a pure Mondeuse, a grape from Haute Savoie, with a ruby red color. On the nose a fresh vegetal note introduces intense and fruity hints of morello cherry, cherry and blueberry, which go well with the pleasant and elegant balsamic, mineral and spicy notes. On the palate it is pleasantly fat and supported by dense tannins of great quality and a pleasant savory note. The finish is long and very persistent.
