Lona Ester is a family-run farm that has been working the rugged slopes of the Cembra Valley since 1860, where over seven hundred kilometers of dry stone walls now support about three hundred hectares of vineyards. Today led by a group of young people, who represent the last generation of the family, the company is organizing a targeted series of restructuring and productive renewal interventions.
Here, on land planted with vines on daring terraces, which almost seem to defy the laws of gravity, are the family's vineyards, amidst an evocative landscape that sees the alternation of gentle hills and steep slopes. An extreme environment, with which the Trentino winery has dealt with sacrifice and humility, managing to produce unique labels, with unmistakable flavor and aromas.

Golden yellow color, it gradually reveals itself on hints of ripe golden apple. Vibrant, almost sharp, salty touch.
The expression of the dominant grape is manifested by expansive fragrances of raspberry. In the mouth it corresponds in softness.
Thanks to the high altitudes, the low yields and a cool and delayed vintage, the drink is particularly lively and refers to the young Rieslings of the Moselle.
