The Velenosi winery was founded in 1984 by two very young entrepreneurs, Angela and Ercole Velenosi. Then with the experience of Doctor Paolo Garbini, Velenosi Srl was established in 2005. Over 35 years of experience in the sector and a strong passion have allowed the creation of this reality where, through the use of cutting-edge equipment, the outstanding wine.
The heart of the company is located in the historic city of Ascoli Piceno, which is located in the Marche region at a distance of about 20 km from the Adriatic Sea and at an altitude of 150/200 masl. The farms of the company extend among the hills that surround the splendid valley of the Tronto river, which, thanks to its clayey and fertile soils, has always been suited to the cultivation of vines.
In addition to the four companies located in Ascoli Piceno, Castorano, Monsampolo del Tronto and Castel di Lama, there is a vineyard in the Ancarano area (TE) and in the San Marcello area (AN), between the Castelli di Jesi.
