Cantina Zardetto produces Prosecco DOCG in the Valdobbiadene area in the complex hilly system residual of the ancient glaciers, not far from the left bank of the Piave river, at equal distance from the Dolomites, which protect it to the north, and from the Adriatic climate. To leave the vinellino, typical of the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene area, and arrive at Prosecco, the best-known Italian sparkling wine and best-selling national wine product in the world, it took three decades of work and two generations of producers. A path dictated by the intelligence of men who have been able to look far, to discover where and how Prosecco could evolve and improve, from production to bottling.
Porta Monticano Millesimato is a fresh, savory and fragrant sparkling wine, with hints of yellow fruit and white flowers, excellent for an aperitif in company or to be accompanied by a platter of cold cuts and cheeses.
