Arfenia red wine from the Picchioni winery has a brilliant pale ruby colour. The nose offers hints of small black berried berries, spices, cocoa, dried flowers and a slight balsamic note. In the mouth it has structure and elegance, with a very fine tannic texture, harmony and a long and clear finish.

- The grapes, after being harvested by hand in 25 kg boxes, are pressed and destemmed. The must is left to macerate on the skins for about 15 days.
