Red wine with a marked structure. Excellent with grilled meats and cheeses.
Harvest with selection of grapes. Maceration for 10 days at a controlled temperature of 28° and maturation of a part of the must in 350 liter oak barrels, while the remaining part ferments in steel. At the end of this period, the bottling takes place, followed by a further period of aging in the bottle.
Color: Deep ruby red.
Bouquet: It evokes hints of plum, graphite and aromatic herbs.
Taste: Game of balances between evident structure and softness.
