A few animals, small plots of land and a vineyard make up the new family business. The dream begins to take shape and in the 80s the first bottles of Gigante wines come out. Until then, in fact, the wine was sold to a tavern in the village as house wine. It is Ferruccio's young nephew, Adriano Gigante who, moved by the enthusiasm of his twenty years, decides to be daring with the first bottlings.
The label on the bottles bore the name of the Gigante family, accompanied by the image of the peacock, then as now the undisputed king of the courtyard.
Since the end of the 90s Adriano has been joined by his wife Giuliana in the management and, after completing his studies, his cousin Ariedo Gigante, still the company's oenologist, brought his skills into the family business.
A passion for wine that was born over time and that step by step gained strength, has increasingly tightened ties and transformed Ferruccio's dream into a reality, established nationally and internationally, of quality local wines.
