Fourteen months of maturation in barriques and tonneaux follow. At the end of this period, the bottling takes place, followed by a further period of aging in the bottle.
Color: Ruby red tending towards purple.
Bouquet: Spicy notes, raspberry and blueberry.
Taste: Full-bodied, slightly sour, it has spicy notes, raspberry and blueberry. Fresh and soft.
