Small tanks to keep the different types of product separate according to the characteristics of each individual vineyard (altitude, exposure, soil type, clone, training system, grape harvest period, etc.) to enhance the characteristics of the typical vines of our territory.
Perfectly healthy grapes must arrive in the cellar, organoleptically complete, harvested at the right degree of ripeness. Respecting its naturalness, enhancing its oenological value, enhancing the varietal peculiarities of each vine is for Tenuta Ulisse, from the very beginning, an iron rule on which Antonio and Luigi Ulisse, harvest after harvest, manage to form a new model of winemaking enterprise, rooted in the territory but with an eye to the most demanding and prepared markets.
