Amaranta Montepulciano D'Abruzzo DOP Tenuta Ulisse
Amaranta Montepulciano D'Abruzzo is the confirmation of the exceptional nature of a terroir like that of the Crecchio area. This wine comes from the passion of the Ulisse brothers and from their bond with the historic vines of Abruzzo, with the traditions of the places where they are grown and vinified. A wine of indisputable class, it is a dutiful tribute, of love and respect, to the greatest red grape of Abruzzo.
Very intense and elegant ruby red colour. Broad and complex nose, fruity with hints of plums, cherry jam and tobacco notes with a spicy tail. In the mouth it is balanced, complex with the tannic structure well blended with the alcoholic component. With a substantial body and with an excellent balance between alcoholic power and tannin. Ideal with succulent first courses in red sauce, roasts and various semi-mature cheeses.
