The Brut version of Valdobbiadene DOCG is the most typical and characteristic for the denomination, as the low sugar residue leaves the fruit with the maximum expression of its aromas. It is a dry sparkling wine, which can be edgy and be appreciated more easily by the most demanding palates.
The Extra Dry version of Valdobbiadene DOCG is the best known and most consumed. Its slight sugar residue makes it soft on the palate and dedicated to a delicate consumer.
Dedicated to Angelo Bortolin's father "Desiderio", this Valdobbiadene DOCG is the result of a careful selection of the finest grapes that are brought to our cellar. A few days before the harvest, Angelo and Desiderio go through all the vineyards.
Vinification in steel, second fermentation, rest on the yeasts for at least 24 months. Golden yellow color. Perfume with floral notes of wildflowers and broom followed by hints of apple and apricot with nuances of mineral notes. Fresh, tasty and pleasant drink with a good persistence finish.
