Extra dry sparkling wine Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG Bortolin Angelo
The Extra Dry version of Valdobbiadene DOCG is the best known and most consumed. Its slight sugar residue makes it soft on the palate and dedicated to a delicate consumer.
The grapes that give rise to this sparkling wine are harvested exclusively by hand on the steep hills of Valdobbiadene and their vinification is scrupulously controlled and respected. Its fine and persistent perlage, its characteristic fruity aroma, and its light alcohol content, combined with the delicate taste, make it ideal for any occasion and at any time of the day.
It is ideal served at a temperature between 7 and 9 degrees C, possibly in a large glass that allows you to gently ventilate it.
COLOR: Pale straw yellow.
BOUQUET: Clean and fine, the essential elegance of apple, pear and peach aromas make it an immediate wine that stimulates to be tasted.
TASTE: The round taste with the balanced acid perception make it a multifaceted wine that satisfies the taster. In the aftertaste we find the fruity.
The bubble (perlage) is fine, creamy, almost velvety on the palate.
