The Rosè Incrocio Manzoni 13.01.25 Raboso Brut Malibran sparkling wine is refreshing, harmonious and very drinkable. Fine and persistent perlage. Produced following the Martinotti Method, its foam gives the palate fresh notes of red fruit giving a delicate and dry sensation.
It is the first Valdobbiadene DOCG produced by the company, dedicated to the grandfather Gregorio Favrel, known by all as "Gorio Maibran".
Obtained by assembling the sparkling bases from different vineyards, it expresses what for us is the drinkability of a great Valdobbiadene DOCG.
The Brut version of Valdobbiadene DOCG is the most typical and characteristic for the denomination, as the low sugar residue leaves the fruit with the maximum expression of its aromas. It is a dry sparkling wine, which can be edgy and be appreciated more easily by the most demanding palates.
The Extra Dry version of Valdobbiadene DOCG is the best known and most consumed. Its slight sugar residue makes it soft on the palate and dedicated to a delicate consumer.
The company's flagship product, award-winning, is obtained from a single particularly steep and suitable vineyard. Personalized cage and tissue paper embellish this very limited production.
Dedicated to Angelo Bortolin's father "Desiderio", this Valdobbiadene DOCG is the result of a careful selection of the finest grapes that are brought to our cellar. A few days before the harvest, Angelo and Desiderio go through all the vineyards.
