Wine saved from an almost certain extinction, it is an act of affection towards a fragile and demanding vine. Distinguished by scents of white flowers and vegetables that are enriched with delicate mineral hints. The taste is elegant, savory and full of sensations dominated by a great finesse.
Wine of great structure, with a deep straw yellow color, intense fresh bouquet, typical aromas of rose, golden apple, banana, almond dried fruit stand out on the nose, pleasant flavor with an excellent balance between acid and sugar.
Produced from a careful selection of bunches from the “Selva” vineyard and only in the best years. Harvest towards the middle of October, it refines mainly in steel and a small part in barrique for about 18 months. Golden yellow tending to amber. Very floral nose, dominated by notes of lavender, banana, chamomile, almond dried fruit, fruity aromas with beautiful fullness in the mouth are favored. Pleasant flavor the sugary part is supported by a strong acid part which makes it unique.
Intense and brilliant straw yellow. Bouquet of white flowers and light notes of chamomile, very fresh and linear. Ripe and pulpy palate, very precise in the varietal character, with notes of flowers and almonds, with a return of flavor in the finish.
