Moscato d'Asti is an indigenous aromatic wine characterized by aromas of orange, peach and lime, and by a sweet flavor rich in minerality.
From this ancient vine dear to the Popes, which was cultivated in Italy as early as 200 BC with the name of Apicia, Apicius or Apianae - according to Colummella and the other Georgics, a sweet wine with a Moscato flavor was obtained.
Color: Intense yellow with golden reflections. Bouquet: Hints of ripe banana pulp, medlar peel and acacia flowers. Taste: Round and persistent in the mouth with an alcohol content capable of highlighting a dense and white tannic texture as a corollary of a vegetable and mineral acidity.
Straw yellow colored wine obtained from Trebbiano, Roscetto and Malvasia grapes, it is fresh and structured thanks to the good level of acidity. Very pleasant on the nose for its characteristics of fine aromaticity, it has floral and fruity notes.
The deep yellow color immediately suggests the complexity and richness of the wine. Citrus hints of cedar blend together with sensations of apple. Full-flavored wine, but also fresh, savory and persistent.
