The Vette owes its name to the imposing peaks that frame the vineyards from which it is born, a Sauvignon Blanc of great freshness and minerality.
Thanks to the high altitudes, the low yields and a cool and delayed vintage, the drink is particularly lively and refers to the young Rieslings of the Moselle.
The origin of this vine seems to be Spain from which it would have spread to the northern Tyrrhenian coasts where it is still widely cultivated today.
