Uill Iu Bai American Pale Ale Ophelia

The nose is rich, with Dry Hopped hops (Simcoe) from the west coast of the USA dominating the scene with a broad and intriguing spectrum. In the mouth the beer is dry, with a full taste and a bitter finish which makes it drinkable and thirst-quenching.
The name jokingly recalls the times when Italian emigrants to New York learned their first survival phrases, including “will you buy?” (do you want to buy?) pronounced precisely "uill iu bai".
