Xyauyù is limpid, with a friar's tunic color, without foam and carbonation.
On the nose evident warm and alcoholic notes with full and enveloping aromas of caramel, dried figs in alcohol and an intriguing note of umami.
In the mouth, it amazes with the sensation of freshness. Notes of soft nougat with almonds, fruit in alcohol and a marked woody note on the finish with a slightly bitter finish.
Xyauyù 2018 is a monk's tunic colored Barley Wine and is free of foam and carbonation.
It is striking for its aroma characterized by warm and alcoholic notes, with notes of caramel, dried figs in alcohol and umami.
When tasted it amazes for its freshness, with sensations of nougat and almonds, fruit in alcohol and a marked woody note.
