Grappa of Cabernet Franc Secca Fratelli Brunello
Young Grappa obtained from the distillation of Cabernet marc from the Berici and Euganean Hills (Veneto).
Distilled with artisanal method, it has light herbaceous hints and is warm to the taste, fully expressing the vine of origin and the link with the territory.
Excellent with semi-aged cheese or after a good pure Arabica coffee.

Raw material
It is obtained from the careful distillation of Cabernet marc from the Berici and Euganean Hills (Veneto).
Artisanal distillation
The FRATELLI BRUNELLO Distillery has always used a discontinuous direct steam system, one of the few still in operation, conducted at low pressure and low temperature. It is made up of 4 boilers strictly in copper, as tradition dictates.
The distillation cycle is very slow and involves the processing of small batches of (cooked) marc which lasts about an hour and a half.
Seasoning
After distillation, the grappa rests in inert steel containers for at least 6 months during which it improves, loses sharpness and strengthens the olfactory sensations typical of the grape of origin.
Tasting
By carefully distilling the marcs of Cabernet, rich in character and personality, a grappa of equal intensity and fullness of taste is obtained. Clear and persistent to the scent, with light herbaceous hints. It is warm to the taste, thus not disappointing the expectations of those who want authentic grappa, linked to the grape variety of origin and to the territory.
Service and Pairings
10-12 ° C in tulip-shaped glass.
Tasted with a semi-mature cheese and a tomato jam, it enhances its original characteristics. Excellent after a good pure Arabica coffee.
