The Macallan Triple Cask Matured 12 Years Old is part of our Triple Cask Matured range; a range of single malt whiskeys produced in a three cask combination that includes European and American ex-sherry seasoned oak casks and American ex-bourbon oak casks. This complex combination of oak casks results in a wonderfully smooth and delicate character, full of citrus, vanilla and fresh oak.
PALATE: Medium balanced with lemon citrus, vanilla and lightly toasted oak and nutmeg.
FINISH: Persistent with melon, papaya, fresh oak and oak spices.
