Gin Collesi comes from top quality ingredients: the purest water of Monte Nerone, the best barley that the company grows directly and above all the berries of a precious juniper, typical of the Apennines.
Double distillation through 2 "pot still". The stills of the distillery only work for one month a year so the amount of whiskey produced is always very limited. Aging between 3 and 4 years in hogshead barrels.
