Ca 'Rugate is a Venetian farm that produces local wines capable of telling, in a simple and natural way, the land from which they are born, that of Soave Classico, Valpolicella and Lessini Durello. A company that has been able to innovate by reinterpreting traditions and investing in the vineyards most suited to the production of historic vines. A history spanning more than 100 years, inseparably linked to the Tessari family for four generations and to that dark and volcanic land of the Rugate hill, near the center of Brognoligo, where it all began.
Deep straw yellow color. Fine and delicate nose of exotic fruit and citrus. Soft, persistent and savory taste. Very structured wine that is best expressed after 1-2 years of bottle aging.
Intense garnet red color. Aromas of small berry fruits, blackberry, currant and cherry, well combined with spicy notes due to aging in wood. On the palate it is complex, well balanced, full-bodied, with precise references of dried grapes.
Ruby red color. Intense and persistent aromas reminiscent of blackberry and cherry. On the palate it is soft, slightly tannic and with a good flavor.
Deep garnet red color. The aromas are fruity with notes of cherry and red fruit with floral and spicy nuances. The taste in the mouth is full and velvety thanks to the soft tannins that characterize it.
Delicate hints of freshly baked croissant crust, with hints of spices and notes of white peach, accompanied by a vigorous and enveloping drink, supported by a lashing and crystalline acidity.
