The company, owned by Antonio Faganello, a new structure but old tradition and winemaking experience, handed down from father to son since 1889, is spread on 15 hectares of vineyard located in the municipality of Refrontolo and favorably exposed from the west to the south-west at an altitude between 200 and 300 metres above sea level. The farming systems of the vineyard are the "silvoz" and "a cappuccina", added to an adequate plant density, together with a drastic reduction of fertilizers, guarantee the excellent quality of the Prosecco grape. Thanks to a substantial decrease in productivity for the strain. The wines produced in this company are all obtained from the Prosecco grapes of the property where with the most modern systems of vinification it passes, by soft pressing the fermentation of the grape must in containers at a controlled temperature and, subsequently, in the autoclave for the second fermentation. The Prosecco ColSaliz is proposed in two versions: frizzante and spumante.
