The company owned by Antonio Faganello, new as a structure but old of tradition and winemaking experience handed down from father to son since 1889, is spread over 15 hectares of vineyards located in the municipality of Refrontolo and favorably exposed from west to south-west. an altitude between 200 and 300 meters above sea level. The vineyard training systems which are the "silvoz" and "alla cappuccina", added to an adequate planting density, together with a drastic reduction of fertilizers guarantee the excellent quality of the Prosecco grape. Thanks to a substantial decrease in productivity per vine. The wines produced in this company are all obtained from Prosecco grapes owned by the property where with very modern vinification systems we pass from soft pressing to fermentation of the must in containers at a controlled temperature and then in autoclaves for the second fermentation. Prosecco ColSaliz is offered in two versions: sparkling and sparkling.
