Gabriel Tortochot, a fervent defender of Burgundy wines, in particular through his work as president of the "Syndicat Viticole de Gevrey-Chambertin" and his role in the "Comité National de L'INAO", has transmitted his passion for the terroir of Gevrey to her children, Brigitte and Chantal. The latter, with a diploma from the Sup de Co Dijon in her pocket, wanted to fly alone. For fifteen years he worked as a management controller for several companies in the Burgundian industrial environment. At the age of 35 he wanted to change direction but before returning he consolidated his training by obtaining a diploma as a technician in oenology, followed by a license in Vine Sciences from the Jules Guyot Institute (University of Burgundy in Dijon). It belongs to this new generation of winemakers who wish to practice viticulture closer to the plant and produce local wines.
