The Brunello di Montalcino DOCG Ciacci Piccolomini d'Aragona has a ruby red color tending towards garnet and presents notes of red berry fruit surrounded by a light spiciness; the taste is warm, quite soft and very balanced. Full-bodied wine with moderately pronounced tannins and long taste-olfactory persistence. Uncork one hour before serving and serve at 18°C in a "balloon" shaped crystal glass. The bottles should be stored in the dark, lying down, in a cool place and without sudden changes in temperature.
