Villa Antinori is the symbolic wine of Casa Antinori, a historic Tuscan label with a contemporary style.
It was 1928 when Niccolò Antinori, father of Piero Antinori, decided to call this wine with the name of the family villa to represent his personal interpretation of the Chianti and Tuscan identity.

That drawing on the label, depicting Villa del Cigliano, symbolizes the concept of home, of territory, of Tuscany. “Do the French have chateaux? And we have the Villas! " Thus Niccolò Antinori jokingly explained the choice of illustration on the label, innovative for that time.
