Intense and pleasant aroma, of great elegance, typicality and personality. Vinous and fruity with notes of wild blackberry, black currant and blueberry; subtle hints of green pepper also emerge. On the palate it is soft and dry with vinous flavors and lively tannins.

Intense ruby color with violet reflections. Nose of great maturity and breadth: black cherry, tanned tobacco, cocoa powder and lava stone follow one another. The finish is calibrated and long, very precise in its retro olfactory returns.

The blend of NM and NC is prepared: minerality, spiciness in a harmony of red fruits are its gustatory characteristics.

Ruby-purple with excellent density and definition. Intriguing aromas of embers, chine, berries. The palate is as dense and structured as it is subtle and rich in nuances. The tannin is compact, the length full of flavor, the finish tastes of Mediterranean and medicinal herbs.

The red wine Il Pollenza is produced in the Marche region by the “il Pollenza” winery. This wine is a red, made from the vinification of Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese, Merlot, Petit Verdot grapes. The assembly generates a prized IGT which was produced for the first time in 2001.

The nose smells of cherry with subtle hints of vanilla. In the mouth it is velvety and elegant with a fresh and inviting aftertaste. Excellent as an aperitif or in combination with cold cuts, appetizers or delicate first courses, fish, roast veal, lamb and white meats. Serve also fresh.

Maturation for 12 months in used French oak barriques and tonneaux and large Slavonian oak casks.

Ruby with garnet shades. Varietal aromas ranging from earth to herbs, from leather to cherry. The palate, juicy and tonic, is punctuated by mentholated transparencies, by notes of wild berries, by a complete development, with compact tannins and a finish with pepper notes.
