It comes from an expert blend of Sangiovese grosso from the hills and Terrano. This blend of noble grapes is typical of the Romagna tradition and gives this red wine a particular characteristic and a strong personality.
Intense ruby red color, hints of wild berries implemented by vanilla spice; full but delicate, its vivacity predisposes it to a long life, the persistent aftertaste amplifies its elegance.

By using larger oak barrels, we were able to achieve slower fermentation and preserve the vivid expression of the Malbec grape fruit. It was a big paradigm shift, but I think it was really worth it.
