Costa d'Amalfi Rosso has a very bright ruby red color. The nose is characterized by notes of morello cherry and light hints of black pepper. The taste is balanced and persistent with beautifully elegant tannins.
Harvested at the end of September, the fermentation, which lasted about 20 days, took place in 30 Hl concrete tanks. After racking, the wine rested for 18 months, partly in cement and partly in second passage oak barrels from the Barolo area. Finally it rested in the bottle.

Red color with ruby reflections, characteristic scent of ripe cherry licorice. Soft taste, characterized by a pleasant base of spicy notes.
