Visually very intense and dark, wide and multifaceted nose, small fruits, licorice and tobacco, enveloping entry into the mouth and development articulated on dense, pulpy and still young tannins.
Velvet. Raisins of Merlot and fresh fruit of selected Cabernet Sauvignon. One year of rest in cask and one year of aging in bottle. Fabric and complexity.
It is obtained from the pure selection of the best and most mature grapes of Montepulciano and Aglianico. It is traditionally vinified with long contact of the must with the marc and aged in small oak barrels.
The Contado is obtained from the vinification in purity of Aglianico grapes grown on the hills of Molise in the Camarda vineyard. Vinified in small steel fermenters with long maceration. The wine is aged for about three years, one of which in barriques and tonneaux.
From the Magliocco grapes vinified in purity the Basileus originates, dark red in the glass. Olfactory notes articulated on a fruity register with notes of undergrowth and leather; complex and deep aromas that expand with the contact of the wine with the air. The enveloping entry into the mouth...
