The nose smells of cherry with subtle hints of vanilla. In the mouth it is velvety and elegant with a fresh and inviting aftertaste. Excellent as an aperitif or in combination with cold cuts, appetizers or delicate first courses, fish, roast veal, lamb and white meats. Serve also fresh.
