Graal TrentoDOC Altemasi Reserve
The first Altemasi label created in 1993, the spearhead of the winery. It remains on the lees for more than 60 months and is a very limited production obtained from grapes of the best vintages. The name is inspired by the ancient legend of the Holy Grail, from the medieval Latin gradalis "cup, chalice" which is well suited to represent its pleasantness in the mouth, enhancing its complex aromas.
Classic Method sparkling wine with white foam and fine and continuous perlage. Straw yellow color with greenish hues. Fine and intense bouquet with notes of apple and citrus, accompanied by hints of minerals, candied fruit and pastries. Fresh and balanced on the palate. An important acidity highlights the texture and strength that support the elegant flavor and long persistence.
