Lessini Durello DOC Classic Method Reserve 36 Months Dosage Zero Sandro de Bruno
Lessini Durello DOC Riserva 36 months is a Classic Method Spumante, intense, rich and creamy, which comes from volcanic soils at 600 meters above sea level, on Monte Calvarina, in the province of Verona. It is produced with 90% Durella grapes and a small percentage of Pinot Bianco which gives it roundness. Thanks to the large presence of basaltic rocks in the soil, our Lessini Durello has evident saline and mineral notes of flint. The long aging on the lees gives it a fine and very persistent perlage, a complex bouquet on the nose and a pleasantly dry and fresh sip that tickles the palate.
Bright yellow color, tending towards golden, with fine and dense bubbles.
Olfactory impact of decided intensity, played on exotic fruity scents of pineapple and mango, candied citron peel, lime and ripe yellow peach. Delicate mineral notes, slightly smoky with flint, characteristics of the volcanic soil. Fragrant and delicate notes of bread crust and almond. Floral hints of acacia and jasmine. In closing hints of aromatic herbs, mainly thyme and sage.
