Fresh white, straw yellow with greenish reflections, fruity, with long and intense aromas with clear hints of citrus, white flowers and fresh fruit salad; dry, with a good structure, it has a fragrant evolution with a delicate acidity and a long aftertaste.
The name of this wine is closely linked to that of the town of Torgiano. This derives from a tower present in Roman times and dedicated to the god Janus, then rebuilt in the Middle Ages which is today its symbol, the Tower of Janus.
