It is the manifest superiority of a tightrope walker in white, who knows how to stay on the edge of powerful alcohol and wood. Aromatic but evergreen, Mediterranean in body but Nordic in culture, from the glass you can understand the efforts and passion in the vineyard and in the cellar.
From a careful selection of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon grapes. Conte della Vipera pays homage to the first owners of the castle and the label shows the 13th century chapel of San Giovanni, located on the property.
Intense and brilliant straw yellow. Bouquet of white flowers and light notes of chamomile, very fresh and linear. Ripe and pulpy palate, very precise in the varietal character, with notes of flowers and almonds, with a return of flavor in the finish.
The symbolic wine of Fontana Candida that recalls a fundamental value to the history and tradition of Frascati. Its name is inspired by the noble de'Grifi family, owner since the 11th century of the land now included in the most suitable area for the production of Frascati wine.
Bramito comes from the vineyards of the ancient Castle of Castello della Sala. A variety, Chardonnay, which finds in this particular terroir, a soil deriving from fossil sediments with infiltration of clay, an expression of marked minerality and elegance.
