Wine saved from an almost certain extinction, it is an act of affection towards a fragile and demanding vine. Distinguished by scents of white flowers and vegetables that are enriched with delicate mineral hints. The taste is elegant, savory and full of sensations dominated by a great finesse.

Intense and brilliant straw yellow. Bouquet of white flowers and light notes of chamomile, very fresh and linear. Ripe and pulpy palate, very precise in the varietal character, with notes of flowers and almonds, with a return of flavor in the finish.
Straw yellow colored wine obtained from Trebbiano, Roscetto and Malvasia grapes, it is fresh and structured thanks to the good level of acidity. Very pleasant on the nose for its characteristics of fine aromaticity, it has floral and fruity notes.
The deep yellow color immediately suggests the complexity and richness of the wine. Citrus hints of cedar blend together with sensations of apple. Full-flavored wine, but also fresh, savory and persistent.
The origin of this vine seems to be Spain from which it would have spread to the northern Tyrrhenian coasts where it is still widely cultivated today.
