Old vineyards of Tocai Italico that we have continued to look after, perhaps against the tide, perhaps a little out of fashion, but with the patience of "those who believe in it". A vine not very common here today, slowly rediscovered, which gives us a wine of great pleasure. The color is straw...
From a careful selection of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon grapes. Conte della Vipera pays homage to the first owners of the castle and the label shows the 13th century chapel of San Giovanni, located on the property.
The “Numero Chiuso” label contains all the authenticity and quality of the wine reserved only for those who appreciate and know how to combine respect for the territory, local tradition and love for good wine.
From Pecorello grapes, an ancient native Calabrian vine to be rediscovered and valorised. For us, Ippolito is proud of passionate research.
Straw yellow in color with young greenish reflections.
Bramito comes from the vineyards of the ancient Castle of Castello della Sala. A variety, Chardonnay, which finds in this particular terroir, a soil deriving from fossil sediments with infiltration of clay, an expression of marked minerality and elegance.
A white of great texture and charm, with an intense straw yellow color with light golden reflections.
