Tai Bianco Colli Berici DOC Pegoraro
Old vineyards of Tocai Italico that we have continued to look after, perhaps against the tide, perhaps a little out of fashion, but with the patience of "those who believe in it". A vine not very common here today, slowly rediscovered, which gives us a wine of great pleasure.
The color is straw yellow, notes of pear and apple, memories of hawthorn and aromatic herbs. We choose to propose it young to fully grasp these nuances and its freshness, however it lends itself well to a longer rest.
Tai can be considered rare because few still offer it in this land. We strongly believe in its quality and potential and are committed to safeguarding its production. It has a light straw yellow color, has a fine and intense aroma in which complex are the fruity scents, of yellow summer fruit, floral, yellow flowers and white pepper. On the nose as in the mouth the pleasantness of fruity and floral memories returns. Minerality and freshness make it lively and captivating, a good softness leads to the right balance.
