Tai Rosso Colli Berici DOC Pegoraro
Red Tai is one of the symbolic grape varieties of the Berici, historically known as Tocai Rosso and in the world as Grenache. This is our ready-to-drink version, the classic red Tai that has always been known in our hills, a not too tannic and robust wine with a brilliant ruby red color. Its most distinctive scents are marked, such as cherry and raspberry, rose and the spice of black pepper. These characteristics make it ideal in combination with multiple preparations such as risotto with truffles, roast chicken or our Vicenza-style cod.

- The grapes are harvested and selected by hand towards the end of September. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature ranging from 23 to 27 ° C with maceration that does not exceed ten days.
- After fermentation / maceration, the wine rests in steel barrels for at least six months.
