Yellow wine with greenish reflections, delicate and elegant perfume, with floral notes of white flowers. Dry, fresh and savory flavor, well balanced and with a pleasantly fine aftertaste.
Ideal on crustaceans and molluscs, risotto with lagoon shrimps, trenette with pesto, fried scampi and squid, asparagus au gratin. But a wonderful companion of the best raw hams with a sweet tendency: from S. Daniele to Parma, from Sauris to Montagnana.
From a careful selection of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon grapes. Conte della Vipera pays homage to the first owners of the castle and the label shows the 13th century chapel of San Giovanni, located on the property.
Bramito comes from the vineyards of the ancient Castle of Castello della Sala. A variety, Chardonnay, which finds in this particular terroir, a soil deriving from fossil sediments with infiltration of clay, an expression of marked minerality and elegance.
