Moscato d'Asti is an indigenous aromatic wine characterized by aromas of orange, peach and lime, and by a sweet flavor rich in minerality.
Wine of great structure, with a deep straw yellow color, intense fresh bouquet, typical aromas of rose, golden apple, banana, almond dried fruit stand out on the nose, pleasant flavor with an excellent balance between acid and sugar.
Golden yellow tending to amber. Very floral nose, dominated by notes of lavender, banana, chamomile, almond dried fruit, fruity aromas with beautiful fullness in the mouth are favored. Pleasant flavor the sugary part is supported by a strong acid part which makes it unique.
The taste is full and soft, with very delicate olfactory sensations ranging from floral to spicy accompanied by a honeyed hint.
Strong straw yellow color, typical floral and ripe yellow fruit aroma; dry, velvety flavor, great volume and intensity. 50% in steel with inert gas protection; the remaining 50% in barrique with racking at the end of the bâtonnage. At the bottling, the two parts come together.
Thanks to the high altitudes, the low yields and a cool and delayed vintage, the drink is particularly lively and refers to the young Rieslings of the Moselle.
