New descendant of the Corte Moschina stable, dry white wine based on garganega and chardonnay, floral on the nose with notes of white fruit and citrus, delicious juicy wine as an aperitif, all kinds of appetizers and fish.
The grapes, such as Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca), Prugnola and Rossola, from the Grumello sub-area, are vinified "in red" with a medium-long maceration. After 2 months in steel and 18 months in large 80 hl Slavonian oak barrels, followed by another 4 months of aging in bottle.
It is the wine that made us known and that keeps us on the edge with each harvest. The choice to focus on the noble rot pushes us every year to a ruthless selection of the grapes and, when nature is not favorable to us, it forces us to give up. Wine produced in an alpine environment using Nebbiolo grapes vinified in white. The geological origin of the land dates back to the collision between the African and European plates that gave rise to the Alps. The great variability of the resulting rocks give minerality and elegance.
